Instructions for Participants

• Book your appointment. 
• During 10 minutes of transfer, no one should disturb you.
• Your camera must be turned on.
• You should sit still, with your spine erect, but you must be relaxed at the same time.
• You should be bare footed, palms turned upwards and placed on your thighs. 
• Your feet should be placed on the floor and your knees should be bent 90 degrees.  
• When the Peak State transfer is completed, you should move into Savasana for seven minutes
• Savasana – corpse pose – lie on a floor on your back, legs comfortably apart, arms are not touching the body, palms are facing upwards.
